Maintenance & On-Call Service Plan - Basic

With our Basic Maintenance and On-Call Service Plan, we ensure reliable network performance and stability. This subscription provides essential maintenance and 2 hours of on-call support (remote) per month. Perfect for small businesses and home offices that need a simple yet effective solution for their network management.

Remote Support - Hourly rate
€65/hour
Arcvise UniFi Services provides professional product advice and support to our customers. This includes assistance in choosing the right equipment and functionalities, as well as support for any defects or issues with the delivered devices. In addition to these services, we offer project support. This includes pre-configuring or remotely configuring equipment, reviewing existing networks, and assisting customers in identifying and potentially resolving network issues.
Our support is provided entirely remotely. This means that we can thoroughly review configurations and settings, but specific issues caused by local conditions may not be identified or resolved.
Necessities:
- Access to the network equipment
- Required login credentials
- Information about the use and purpose of the network
- Access to a laptop or computer on-site via VPN or other solution (if necessary)
- On-site engineer (if necessary)
- Other relevant information
Price: €65/hour (prices are excl. VAT)

Onsite Support - Hourly rate
€85/hour
Arcvise UniFi Services provides professional product advice and support to our customers. This includes assistance in choosing the right equipment and functionalities, as well as support for any defects or issues with the delivered devices. In addition to these services, we offer project support, such as configuring equipment on-site, reviewing existing network environments, and assisting customers in identifying and resolving network problems.
In addition to the hourly rate, travel costs are also charged. These amount to €0.65 (per kilometer, measured from our location to the client and back, calculated via Google Maps). These costs are in addition to the hourly rate. Services are provided by appointment and based on availability.

WiFi Advice

WiFi Advice Based on Floor Plan
€150/piece
In addition to the aforementioned services, we also offer project-based support, such as the mapping of Access Points in floor plans. For this service, we charge €150 (excl. VAT) for buildings up to 1000 m². For larger properties, we provide custom solutions; please contact us for this.
WiFi advice can be provided in two ways:
- Site survey on location: A thorough analysis of the situation on-site with guarantees on the proposed solutions.
- WiFi advice based on a floor plan: Mapping Access Points onto an existing layout, based on our expertise. Note: this advice is an estimate and offers no guarantee.
Necessities:
- Site plan of the location with sufficient resolution (PDF or JPEG)
- Description of the network and its purpose
- Overview of used equipment and locations of existing network points
- Other relevant information for planning the network
